Page of Swords
A message of challenge to think clearly, to use the mind or reason, to be strategic, to make good decisions, to be wise. A call to truth and justice.
Wisdom cries out in the streets, "Who will listen? Who will follow me?"
"Come let us reason together," says the LORD.
In this picture, a youngster stands on the high ground of integrity; behind him are blue skies of innocence and puffy white clouds of purity and distant blue mountains of heaven. he seems as airy and free as the birds wheeling high in the skies overhead. His pony tail swings in the wind as he stands ready to swing his sword decisively.
His has perhaps been trained up with a clean conscience, represented here by the skills of the sword. Children trained up in the right path will tend not to depart from it when they grow old.
How can young people make their way pure? By living according to your word, taking up the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.
"It was good for me that I was afflicted, that I might learn your statutes."
If anyone lacks wisdom, ask and it will be given. But ask without doubting, not being moved by every wind that blows. Seek the truth!
